Country: We currently only support shipping to the United States. We deliver to most areas in United States. However, at this time, we're unable to deliver to the following areas: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands.

If you decide to change your shipping address, please directly contact our online customer service through our website or Facebook. If for some reason, our customer service is not available at the time, please send us an email or leave a message on our online customer service chat with your: name, order number and the new address you'd like to ship. We will get back to you as quickly as possible, Monday to Friday within 12hrs to respond to your query.

A gentle reminder: You have time to hold the shipping of your item or change your shipping address before we send out your item. Usually your item will be sent within 1-2 days after receiving your payment.

 

Please note that unfortunately, we will be unable to change the address for any items that have already shipped out of the warehouse.

Note: Normally, we ship out the order within 1-2 days after payment. There will be a tracking number after we ship the order, the tracking number will be updated on the website, and you can also log in to your account to view the tracking number.
